The first step in preparing to attend HMCLA 2017 is to register your school . All schools must fill out the registration form. Please note that this form is a binding commitment to attend HMC Latin America. In this online form, schools will fill out all of the necessary contact information and disclose an approximate delegate count. After registering, please visit our online store to submit the corresponding non-refundable school registration fee. The school registration is determined according to the date by which the fee is paid:

Early Deadline (March 15th, 2017) – 199 USD

Regular Deadline (Extended to April 28th, 2017) – 249 USD

Late Deadline (June 30th, 2016)- 299 USD

**Unaffiliated Individual School Fee – 50 USD

**If a delegate wished to join the conference without a school affiliation, they may do so. Instead of the full school fee, the student will pay an individual registration payment of 50 USD, along with the delegate fee.

Delegate Fees:

As a non-profit organization, we rely on student participant fees to cover all of our costs which range from staff transportation to venue costs. All of our staff members and executive board are volunteers, and delegate fees only pay for the transportation of staff and the logistical costs of planning a conference. This flat rate of 275 USD per delegate. Each delegate fee includes:

  • Three days of intensive government simulation
  • Close interaction with Harvard committee chairs
  • Access to a Harvard College Panel and prestigious speakers
  • Opportunity to win awards of excellence
  • All conference materials
